The domain registration is not the same as your billing information and needs to be updated separately.
In order to update the domain registration information follow the steps below:
- Click on My Domains, then click on the edit icon next to your domain.
- Uncheck the box for the domain lock and click save.
- Either update the contact information or update the nameservers and click save.
- Check the box for domain lock and click save.
